Our firm has acted for GENERALI VIE in their forward purchase from VIRGIL of a 14,000 sq. meters retail center in Chambéry.

This retail center is due to open to public by the end of 2011. It will encompass medium-sized commercial areas (Fnac, H&M and Monoprix), six shops including Nature & Découvertes and Celio shops, a ten-room cinema operated by Pathé, a restaurant and 283 car parking places.

The amount of the investment is about €52M.
