Our firm has acted for OPCI PARCOLOG INVEST in their acquisition from FAUBOURG PROMOTION of two cold stores located in Attignat (13,000 sq. meters) and Allones (13,300 sq. meters).

These buildings are leased to MUTUAL LOGISTICS on behalf of the CARREFOUR group pursuant to leases with a minimum 6-year term.
