Our firm has acted for CREDIT AGRICOLE ASSET MANAGEMENT REAL ESTATE in their acquisition from COMPAGNIE LA LUCETTE of a 10,100 sq. meters office building (with 276 car parking spaces) located in Charenton-le-Pont.

The building is leased to DOC@POST under a lease with a minimum 10-year term. The amount of the investment is about €42.4 millions (seller’s net price).
