Frédéric is the founding partner of Lefébure Fonteilles Associés and specialises in real estate transactions and M&A. Using his training in Trusts and Estates Law, Frédéric has developed an expertise in assisting individual shareholders of family-owned businesses in connection with the transfer of their businesses.

His clients include major French and Anglo-Saxon institutional investors and industrial groups.

Before founding our firm, Frédéric has been a partner at Landwell from 1995 to 2004, where he was in charge of the M&A department. Prior to joining Landwell in 1990, Frédéric worked as a notary for four years, including with Etude Monassier & Associés where he specialised in business transfers.
