He has advised a wide range of French and foreign investors and
industrial groups on domestic and international transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm as a Partner in 2005, Pierre-Emmanuel
was an associate in the M&A and Private Equity departments of
PDGB, Landwell and Lovells, from 1993 to 2005, in Paris and London.
